Brief Introduction




    Guizhou Province sits at the northeast of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau in southwest China.
The province is full of mountains, which take up 97 percent of the 176,000-square-km area
of the province. The capital of Guizhou is Guiyang. Guiyang dishes belong to the Sichuan
Cuisine, which feature fragrant pungency. But the dishes prepared with the local materials are
