Brief
Introduction |

With
the abbreviations of "Gan" and "Long",
Gansu Province is located in northwest China, with Lanzhou
being its capital the narrow but long province runs from the
southeast to the northwest, covering many types of climate.
Hence the food in Gansu is also varied and has distinct ethnic
styles.
Some of the famous Lanzhou dishes are: Langzhou Roast piglet,
Gaosan Braised meat, fried Lamb Tail, etc. The city is most
famous for its authentic hand-stretched noodles.
